HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 3370 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner seeks a writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to FIR.No.137 of 2015 on the file of P.S.Bhanoor, Medak District.

The allegation in the Writ Petition is that the son of respondent No.3 committed suicide on the ground of harassment by the Vice-Principal (petitioner herein), Dean and got registered a case in FIR.No.137 of 2015. Alleging that the complaint is baseless, petitioner seeks to set aside FIR.No.137 of 2015.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TG). Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TG) submits that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and, therefore, cause does not survive necessitating adjudication by this Court.

Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TG), the Writ Petition is closed. However, petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedies available to him, subsequent to filing of charge sheet.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
