This Court, having considered the submissions made by the parties, is of the considered view that no relief can be granted to the petitioner in view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in Narsa Goud1. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 5.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
