HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27224 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in conducting investigation into Cr.No.290 of 2019 for the offence under Section 354 and 506 IPC as being illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri B.Kalpana, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions dated 10.12.2019, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that after receiving the complaint from the petitioner, a case was registered and investigated into. In the course of the investigation, witnesses were examined and their statements were recorded and notice under Section 41(A)(3) Cr.P.C was served to the accused. He further submits that investigation in the matter has been completed and charge sheet was filed on 18.11.2019 before the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Suryapet and CC number is awaited. Having regard to the above said submission of the learned Government Pleader on behalf of the unofficial respondents, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and no further orders need to be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
