Learned Additional Public Prosecutor of the State of Telangana represents that the matter has become infructuous as the concerned Investigating Officer has filed report that there is no evidence to substantiate the allegations and sought permission of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class to close the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also represents that the matter has become infructuous.
