THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14637 OF 2006 O R D E R :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment in Ch.P.Reddy v. APSRTC, Hyderabad [1] and that the facts in the present case are similar to that of the aforesaid Judgment. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is allowed following the Judgment in Ch.P.Reddy v. APSRTC, Hyderabad. However, the respondent Corporation is entitled to recover cost of printing the tickets from the petitioner. If any amounts are already recovered in pursuance of the directions issued by the 2nd respondent, the same shall be refunded to the petitioner after deducting the cost of printing the tickets. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
