Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in C.C.No.300 of 2017, on the file of the Court of XXII Metropolitan Magistrate, Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 3.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the Calendar Case ended in acquittal and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
