Since the police filed charge sheet after completion of investigation in FIR No.172 of 2015 of Allagadda Town Police Station, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet if advised. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
