The main case vide C.C.No.4021 of 2021 was disposed of by the Trial Court on 27.10.2022 on admission of claim by the accused. However, C.C.No.1814 of 2022 is still kept pending.

Learned petitioner's counsel has brought the said fact to the notice of this Court on 10.03.2026 itself.

Hence, Registry is directed to remove the matter from the caption 'Specially Identified cases' and post it under the caption "Final hearing" after two weeks i.e.

on 21.04.2026.
