It is brought to our notice that the suit OS.No.515 of 2008 on the file of IX Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum FTC for trial of case under POCSO Act, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, out of which this CMA arises, itself was decreed with costs on 27.02.2013 and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
