HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.23868 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Sri K.Sai Mohan Rao for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ........ to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No 1 in not considering my case filing dated 03-01-2018 which was filed challenging the proceedings order of Respondent No.2 in Rc.E3.1695/ 2014, dated -09-2017 and kept it pending without allotting the case number is bad, illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, contrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondent No 1 to expedite the proceedings in my case which was kept pending since from 03-01-18 and enjoyment of said land......" .

Alleging inaction of the 1st respondent in disposing the revision filed by petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The petitioner is given liberty to file Memo before the 1st respondent by enclosing a copy of this order and seek an early date for hearing of the revision.

(a) On filing such memo, the 1st respondent considers disposing of revision filed by petitioner within three months thereafter.

(c ) The parties are directed to maintain status-quo as regards possession and physical features of the subject matter of revision till the revision is heard and disposed of by 1st respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
