O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief : "To declare the inaction of respondents particularly second and third respondents in registering the crime and taking further action in pursuance of petitioner's complaint dated 15/7/2015 against the fourth respondent and his followers as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, high-handed, malafide and consequently to direct the third respondent to register crime in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint dated 15/7/2015 against the fourth respondent and his followers in accordance with law and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. When the matter is called, written instructions dated 19/8/2015 furnished by the Station House Officer, Badvel Urban Police Station, YSR Kadapa district have been placed by the learned Government Pleader for Home.
3. The written instructions, reads as under: " It is respectfully submitted that one Ramakrishna Reddy/fourth respondent herein lodged CCC complaint before Superintendent of Police, Kadapa against B.Vijaya Bhasker Reddy/the petitioner herein after receiving the same, the SHO Badvel registered a case in Cr.No.13/2014 against the petitioner and his family members and investigation is completed in the above said crime. It is respectfully submitted that as per the
contents of the petition, as if now the petitioner herein did not lodge any complaint with the respondent police i.e. SHO Badevel Urban Police Station, Kadapa district. It is further submitted that as and when he approach police station for registering the case, the respondent police will take steps to register the case as per law."
4. On noticing the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this court to dispose of the writ petition by recording the said written instructions.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by recording the reasons mentioned in the written instructions, dated 19/8/2015. No costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
