THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 27403 of 2019 O R D E R:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the Employees State Insurance Corporation appearing for the respondents.

In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the warrant of attachment of immovable property dated 15.10.2019 issued by respondent No.2-Recovery Officer, Employees State Insurance Corporation, alleging that he has not complied with the payment of demand of Rs.4,78,479/-.

As the petitioner is required to challenge the warrant of attachment before the Employees' State Insurance Court, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as provided under the Employees' State Insurance Act.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
