Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner alleges that the deed of conveyance presented before the Joint Sub-Registrar, Sanga Reddy District, the 2nd respondent, in respect of land to an extent of 500 sq. yards bearing open Plot No.141 in Survey Nos.138 to 142 of Kistareddipeta Village, Pantancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, was received by him, but the same was returned without assigning any reason.

The proof of receipt of document can be seen from the stamp of the Sub Registrar put up on the document and also the proof of payment of stamp duty.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to present the document before the 2nd respondent and on receiving the same, the 2nd respondent shall process the same in accordance with the Registration Act, 1908 and the Rules made thereunder. If the registering authority is not accepting the document for registration, he shall assign reasons in support of the decision and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
