Heard. It is informed that S.C.No.357 of 2015 is posted for fixing schedule on 24.06.2017. The apprehension of the prosecution that if granted bail, the petitioner may not attend court and thereby the trial will be stalled is well found.

While dismissing the petition, the trial Court is directed to dispose of S.C.No.357 of 2015, according to law, expeditiously but not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
