HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.27210 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 02.12.2019 and 03.12.2019 in accordance with law. Heard both sides.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been contended by the counsel for petitioner that elections to Karmika Sangh are not conducted in accordance with Rules and the petitioner has submitted representations to the respondents on 02.12.2019 and 03.12.2019 requesting them to conduct elections in accordance with Rules, but so far, the respondents have not passed any orders on such representations. Therefore, counsel for petitioner contends that appropriate orders be passed in the writ petition directing the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 02.12.2019 and 03.12.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The Assistant Solicitor General appearing for respondents submits that since the petitioner's representations are pending with the respondents, the respondents would consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

This Court, having considered the rival submissions made by the parties, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 02.12.2019 and 03.12.2019 and pass appropriate orders

within a reasonable period of time preferably within a period of Eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
