HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 196 of 2017 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A4 and A5, the condition to the extent that " who shall furnish a Fixed Deposit of Rs.1,00,000/ - (Rupees One Lakh Only) each" imposed in the order dated 03.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3619 of 2016 in Cr.No. 48 of 2016 of K.D. Peta Police Station, passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge to Try the Offences Under N.D.P.S. Act at Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioners, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
