Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner were subsequently concluded by imposing punishment of deferment of annual increment without cumulative effect. He also submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 21.06.2010 in W.P.M.P.No.17761 of 2010, the petitioner was reinstated into service.

Having regard to the said submission, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition. However, the respondents are directed to regulate the period of suspension prior to reinstatement of the petitioner, duly taking note of final orders in disciplinary proceedings.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
