Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2) There are no grounds to admit the Revision Petition but for granting four months time from the date of the order of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Badvel passed on 31.08.2015 in E.P. No.78 of 2014 in O.S. No.486 of 2003, which is ending by 31.12.2015 to pay the amount else to enforce the arrest warrant.

3) Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
