None appears for the parties.

I have perused the prayer in the writ petition and the interim order dated 16.5.2012 passed in W.P.M.P. No. 19648 of 2012. It appears that the petitioners, in view of the interim order, have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further, and hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits.

The writ petition is therefore dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
