THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23605 OF 2010 ORDER:
This Court while admitting the writ petition on 24.09.2010 granted interim direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner to the post of Executive Officer, in case there are any instances of applying the principles underlying in G.O.Ms.No.519, General Administration (Services-C) Department, dated 19.08.2008, for the employees of the second respondent corporation.
When the matter is came up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the interim order, petitioner was promoted and nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
Heard Sri B.Prakasam, learned Standing Counsel for A.P.Scheduled Caste Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad.
Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 24.09.2010 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.30213 of 2010.
