This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A-1 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3440 of 2019 on the file of the learned II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Khammam, registered for the offences under Sections 270 and 273 IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/A-1 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State submitted that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2018 of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 27.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.
