The petitioner herein is challenging the orders passed by the Project Director on 09.03.2015, placing him under suspension.

Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel, who has accepted notice on behalf of Respondents 2 and 3, on receipt of instructions, would submit that the petitioner has been placed under suspension only on 09.03.2015 and within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the Project Director is going to finalize the necessary action and pass appropriate orders and communicate the same to the petitioner.

The Project Director is directed to finalize the proceedings and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a maximum period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the same to the petitioner.
