THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.27193 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents more particularly respondent No.4 in interfering with the civil disputes and pressurizing the petitioner to give away his part of land from his plot bearing No.130 in Sy. No.32 in Guttala Begumpet village, Serilingampaly Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal and arbitrary. Heard Sri Katika Ravinder Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Counter on behalf of respondent No.4 has been filed and is placed on record. By the aforesaid counter-affidavit filed by the 4th respondent, it is sated that "the respondent No.4 did not interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.5 nor threatended the petitioner as alleged by him."

Having regard to the said submission made by the 4th respondent, an oath in the said counter-affidavit, this Court is of the view that no further orders need be passed in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
