ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 30.01.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1682 of 2019.

None appeared for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents reported that in pursuance of the order dated 30.01.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1682 of 2019, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide order dated 08.01.2020.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 08.01.2020, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
