ORDER

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by petitioners/A1 and A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.218 of 2019 on the file of Jawaharnagar Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offences under Sections 447, 427, 506 IPC and under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., against them. 2.

During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 and A2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submit that notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., has already been issued to the petitioners.

Since the Investigating Agency has already been issued notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., the petitioners are directed to comply with the said notice as per the directions of the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar and another1. However, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners/A1 and A2 till filing of the final report.
