ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in trying to demolish the structure in respect of the petitioner property bearing H.No.3-1-789 & 790 situated at Christian Colony, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District without invoking appropriate provisions of law as illegal, irregular, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice as well as being

violate of Article 14, and 300-A Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondent No.2 not to demolish the petitioner property in respect of house bearing H.No.3-1-789 & 790 situated at Christian Colony, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District forthwith."

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 14.10.2015, which was extended by order, dated 27.10.2015, is vacated and WPMP.No.44487 of 2015 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
