When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents informed the Court that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15624 of 2019, dt.25.07.2019, the case of the petitioners was considered and rejected vide speaking orders dated 07.12.2019 and the Contempt Case may be closed.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioners are given liberty to challenge the rejection orders dated 07.12.2019, if they are so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
