THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.1724 OF 2019 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents informed the Court that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22617 of 2019, dt.17.10.2019, the case of the petitioners was considered and rejected vide order dated 21.01.2020 and the Contempt Case may be closed.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the rejection order dated 21.01.2020, if they are so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
