HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.5363 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the Memo Roc. No.REV.6/325/AEO(Rev.)/Tml/2002, dated 24.09.2002 issued by second respondent as arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently to set aside the same by holding that petitioner is entitled for alternative accommodation under displaced category on payment of standard rent on par with other displaced persons employed in TTD service with all other consequential benefits, monetary and otherwise. Advocate for writ petitioner submitted that petitioner has already retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and in view of interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
