Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is pointed out by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Corporation that appropriate Circle in the instant case is Circle No.17 and the petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 21.05.2018 to Deputy Commissioner, Circle 10A wrongly.

In view of the same, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to submit an appropriate representation before the appropriate respondent within a period of two (2) weeks with a further direction to the appropriate authority to take action, as expeditiously as possible, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
