HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23833 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not taking the annual list of Executive Committee members of the petitioner's club for the year 2017-19 in terms of Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001 into his file. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances this Court has allowed the WP.No.1191 of 2018 by its order dated 18-01-2018. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this writ petition is also allowed. The impugned order dated 02-07-2018 passed by the 4th respondent is set aside and the 4th respondent is directed to take information furnished by the petitioner on 29-08-2017 and record the same in his records according to law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
