B/O dv 29.11.2023 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2023 This application is filed seeking to reduce the surety amounts imposed against the petitioner/A-4 in Crl.P.No.9755 of 2023 dt.09.10.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner hails from a poor family and he is the only bread winner of the family, as such he is unable to pay the sureties imposed by this Court and seeks reduction of surety amounts.

Though bail was granted, the petitioner is languishing in jail unable to raise the surety amount.

In the said circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to reduce the surety amounts imposed against the petitioner and accordingly, the petitioner is directed to execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) with two sureties.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
