Sri Kishore Rai, Learned Counsel for the applicants, submits that since the matter has been settled out of Court, the applicants be permitted to withdraw the Arbitration Application. A memo to that effect is also filed.

The Arbitration Application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
