ORDER

In view of the indication mentioned in the impugned order to enable the petitioner to seek permission from the competent criminal Court where trial is pending, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the same Court seeking permission to go abroad on employment or otherwise and obtain passport for the said purpose. Reserving such liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
