This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed against the order dated 23.11.2011 of III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, in IA.no.1379 of 2011 in OS.no.574 of 2011.

2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that in view of lapse of time, nothing survives for adjudication and therefore, the civil revision petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
