Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record the photo copy of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.

From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the subject case in the trial Court ended as 'contested-acquittal' and the same was disposed of on 03-06-2019. ln view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
