Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed and the same was assigned C.C.No.1120 of 2014 on the file of the XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
