This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.J by the petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused Nos. 1 and 2, to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.441 of 2023 on the lile of the Ghatkesar Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 427 rlw 34 of the Indian Penai Code.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions submitted that the police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet before the V Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar and the same is numbered as C.C.No. 1489 of 2023 and therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Petition for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
