HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1601 of 2017 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act stating that the respondents have willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 17.07.2017 passed in W.P.No.20515 of 2017, wherein this Court directed the respondents therein to follow G.O.Rt.No.4459 dated 27.12.2006, as extended/ revised in G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 08.08.2016, scrupulously. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents have complied with the order.

In view of the submission made, no order needs to be passed and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
