HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8004 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of the proceedings in S.C.No.163 of 2018 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases under SC, ST (POA) Act-cum-VII Additional District Judge Court, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, R.R. District. charge sheet came to be filed against the petitioner/accused for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(W)(i) of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 2015.

Though the present Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashing of entire proceedings, but learned counsel for the petitioner/accused restricts his prayer seeking early disposal of S.C.No.163 of 2018 by the trial Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases under SC, ST (POA) Act-cum-VII Additional District Judge Court, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, R.R. District, is directed to dispose of S.C.No.163 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving unnecessary adjournments.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
