THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.6493 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.250 of 2013 on the file of Devarakonda Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467 and 468 r/w 34 IPC.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions submits that police after completion of investigation filed final report referring the dispute as 'Civil in Nature'. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
