Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No. 23523 of 2016 dated 27.07.2016 and a copy of the same is also placed on record.

The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to receive and register the document presented by the petitioner for registration by taking into account the G.O.Ms.No.279, dated 04.07.2016, and also the order, dated 15.03.2016, passed in W.P.M.P.No.10609 of 2016 in W.P.No.8374 of 2016, in accordance with the Rules framed under the Registration Act, 1908, if the same is otherwise in order. There shall be no order as to costs."

Following the said judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms thereof.
