Heard Sri M.Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Ms. T. Swecha, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Perused the record.

In view of the nature of relief sought by the petitioners, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage dispensing with notice to respondent No.4.

Petitioner No.2 herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac. 18.10 guntas in Sy.No.S16, situated at Chintapally Revenue Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District. In proof of the same, he has filed copies of old Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds. He is also owner of Iand in other Survey numbers of very same village. Even then, name of respondent No.4 is mentioned in respect of Ac.4.00 guntas in Sy.No.516 of the said village illegally and 13(b) proceedings were also issued. Therefore, there are wrong entries in the Revenue Records. He has submitted online application with ID.No.23OOO24L47, dated 27.01.2023 with.
) respondent No.2 to correct the wrong entries and issue EPattadar Passbook. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said application, respondent No'2 did not act upon the same' Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No'2, the petitioners has filed the present Writ Petition' 4.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions would submit that respondent No.2 will consider the said online application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In the light of the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to consider the online application with iD.No.2300024147, dated 27.O1.2023 submitted by petitioner No.2 seeking correction of wrong entries and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, by putting petitioner No.2 and respondent No.4 on notice and affording them an opportunity. If, the respondent No'2 is not inclined to accept the request made by petitioner No.2, he shall pass a reasoned order, communicate copy of the said order to petitioner No.2. He shal1 complete the said exercise within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
