ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare endorsement, vide B.A.No.13511/2015/ACP-VI, dated NIL, of respondent No.2 as illegal and arbitrary.

After arguing the case, Mr. T.D.Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to first approach respondent No.2 with a request to reconsider their application filed for grant of building permission in the light of the purported endorsement stated to have been given by the Tahsildar, Pendurthi Mandal. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.47130 of 2015 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
