THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.34203 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ or order more particularly, one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in interfering with peaceful possession, title, interest and property rights of the petitioner over the land admeasuring Ac.0.20 guntas in Sy.No.560 of Alwal Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to interfere with the civil rights of the petitioner over the said land without following the due process of law.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.2 to 4 are interfering in the civil disputes pending before the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to 10.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home denied the entire allegations and submitted that the respondent Nos.2 to 4 will not interfere in any of the civil disputes pending before the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to 10.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of with the following direction:

Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are hereby directed not to interfere in any of the civil disputes pending before the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to 10. At the same time, the present order will

not stand in the way of respondent Nos.2 to 4 to proceed with the investigation if any complaint is registered against the petitioner for a cognizable offence.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
