THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.10965 of 2010 ORDER:- It is noticed that when the matter was taken up for hearing on earlier occasion i.e, on 31.07.2017 none appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the cause in this writ petition does not survive. Hence, the matter is directed to be listed under caption "for dismissal".

Today also, when the matter is called, present none for the writ petitioner and there is no representation on her behalf both in the pre-lunch as well as post-lunch sessions. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
