HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1718 OF 2019 ORDER: (ORAL) When the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forests fairly submits that pursuant to the orders dated 22.05.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10521 of 2019, respondent No.4 - Forest range officer, Nagarjuna Sagar Town and Mandal, Nalgonda District considered the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 30.05.2019 and passed order vide letter No.15/FRO,NS/2019 dated 31.05.2019. This Court while disposing of the writ petition granted liberty to the petitioner to submit explanation to the notice dated 05.05.2019 and further directed the respondents to pass appropriate orders in accordance with the law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. Till such time no coercive steps shall be taken against the subject land of the petitioners.

2. In pursuance of the orders passed by this Court the petitioner submitted explanation on 30.05.2019 thereafter respondent No.4 passed order vide letter No.15/FRO/NS/2019 dated 31.05.2019. In view of the same the order passed by this

Court is complied with.

3. Accordingly, contempt case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioners to question the proceedings dated 31.05.2019 issued by respondent No.4 by raising all the grounds as available under law.
