THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI C.C.No.804 of 2016 ORDER:

This is an application filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 alleging wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.8056 of 2016 dated 14.3.2016.

2. This Court disposed of Writ Petition No.8056 of 2016 on 14.3.2016 and the operative portion of the said order reads as under: "Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, the Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to make necessary application before the 2nd respondent for redressal of her grievance within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such representation is made within the time stipulated, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed by the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter".

3. Today, when the matter is called, the learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Corporation Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy has placed on record the proceedings of the Joint Managing Director, TSRTC bearing No. Ea/255(4)/2015-PD.DUP dated 4.4.2016.

By way of the said proceedings, the Respondent-Corporation disposed of the application made by the petitioner.

4. While referring to the said proceedings, it is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said proceedings are not in accordance with law. This Court is of the considered opinion that the said aspect cannot be gone into in the present contempt case.

5. For the aforesaid reasons, the contempt case is dismissed and the respondent stands discharged. It is always open for the petitioner to

assail the above said proceedings dated 4.4.2016, if she is advised to do so. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
