2.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the change of seniority position by pushing him from Sl.No.13 to Sl.No.395 removing his name from the preferential category claimed by him on account of ill-health. This final seniority list was published on 22.06.2018. It appears petitioner filed objections on change of final seniority list. But the objections are not considered. Whereas petitioner is now transferred out from the present place of posting in the counseling conducted.

3.

Since the transfer process is completed, at this stage, Court is not inclined to interfere. The transfer exercise is governed by the 'Telangana Teachers (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2018 (for short 'the Rules, 2018')' notified by the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.16 dated 06.06.2018. Rule 16 of the Rules, 2018 provides appeal against the order of transfer. 4.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal provided in Rules, 2018, the Writ Petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that if appeal is preferred, the same shall be disposed of within 15 days from the date of receipt of appeal, as contemplated by the Rules, 2018. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
