Heard Sri Naram Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondent.

2. The petitioner is challenging an order suspending his Fair Price Shop Dealership vide proceedings Rc.I/127/2015 dt.04-07-2015 by 3rd respondent.

3. The learned Government Pleader states that the enquiry against the petitioner is at a final stage and that it would be completed within four (04) weeks from today. According to him, even on 0310-2015 the enquiry had been conducted.

4. Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry into the charges against petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order positively and pass a reasoned order in compliance with principles of natural justice. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
